What is the basics course about?

  • Getting to know Tibetan meditation in its traditional and modern forms.
  • Learning meditation exercises to practice at home.
  • Discovering and getting to know the basic principles of Tibetan meditation.
  • Discovering healthy, natural habits regarding posture, breathing, dealing with emotions and thoughts, inner peace, etc. in your daily life.
  • Developing embodied emotional, mental and spiritual consciousness.

In case you want to go deeper in terms of personal development, there are options for tracks with more personal attention, including coaching (see below).
