White Crane Soft Qigong is a gentle and refined system of Chinese yoga or qigong. This seminar will mainly address the soft qigong exercises for health, healing, personal- and spiritual development. But, some aspects of the white crane hard qigong will also be explored, because we can learn from differences and contrasts. You will learn or refresh the whole set of movements, with great technical and experiential detail. Enriched with specific breathing methods and meditations.

This seminar is first of all a practice oriented seminar. It is geared towards people who have experience with qigong and are looking forward to dive more deeply into it, technically and experientially. Sydney Leijenhorst has more then four decades of experience in both practicing and teaching various forms of martial-, healing and meditative arts. In addition, his background as a physiotherapist and his involvement in modern integral approaches to health, personal development and spiritual practice enable him to offer a broad, deep and integral presentation of this ancient Chinese practice.
