Vanaf 4 maart gaat Olaf iedere donderdag van 7 tot 8 uur ‘s ochtends zazen beoefenen op KenKon. We doen vijfentwintig minuten zazen, plus tien minuten loop meditatie (kinhin) en dan weer vijfentwintig minuten zazen.Daarna wordt de hart sutra in het sino-japans gereciteerd op de maat van de mokugyo (vissekop-trommel). Iedereen die de dag op deze manier wil begroeten is van harte welkom om mee te doen.
