Jaarlijks voor kerst helpen leden en vrienden van KenKon de Voedselbank met ondersteuning aan mensen in nood: bij de trap staan kratten waarin je houdbaar voedsel en drogisterij artikelen kunt doneren. Komt allen! En neem bijvoorbeeld mee…

  • macaroni, rijst, houdbare melk, groente/fruit in blik….
  • tandpasta, tandenborstels, shampoo, zeep….
  • wat jij, je vrienden en familie uit kerstpakket of kast kunnen missen….

Tot 20 december, maandag t/m donderdag, van 10.00 – 12.00 / 14.00 – 16.00 / 19.00 – 21.00 uur

Through 20 December, members and friends of KenKon – and everyone in and around Wageningen – can participate.

By bringing non-perishable food and personal care items to KenKon, we help the food bank – Voedselbank Nederveluwe e.o. – to support people in crisis. Come one, come all! And bring items such as: macaroni, rice, sterilized milk, canned fruits / vegetables, toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo. You may not even have to visit a shop, as there is often something in a cupboard or Christmas package that you can do without.

The doors at KenKon and the covers of the donation boxes are open every Monday through Thursday from 10:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 16:00 / 19:00 – 21:00 (and at training times) . The address is Nieuwe Kanaal 11 in Wageningen.

Message for the practitioners of Tibetan meditation & yoga @ KenKon, Integral Life and Training Centre and potential guests for the TY session tomorrow:

Dear all,

Unfortunately there is no Tibetan Yoga class tomorrow, September 6. The traffic from here to Hamburg seems more challenging than I was used to. And I have to teach karate from Friday early evening to Sunday afternoon. Therefor I need to leave before 10 h. I realized this too late and was not able to find a replacement for my me in time. My apologies.

If you had any friends that planned to come – alone or with you – please let them know that there is no session, but that they are welcome next Friday.

I look forward to see you again next week at the meditation or yoga classes. Let’s make it a wonderful year!

Warm regards,

Sydney
