We are happy to announce that Sensei P. MISTRY (7th Dan), Chief Instructor India, from the heart of all Asian Martial Arts and Sensei S. LEIJENHORST (5th Dan), Chief Instructor Netherlands will conduct this event.

Both have exceptional deep understanding and knowledge in Internal and External martial arts, Khalari Payat, energy work (qigong), yoga and meditation along with Tibetian-Chinese and Indian health systems.

Due to this rich background we therefor will focus on SANCHIN no kata in all its facettes in theory and praxis on Saturday.

Sanchin is a breathing kata which is practised in all traditional martial arts in various forms. It is considered as the condensed core of karate. Traces of it are still to be found also in Shotokan and Wado-Ryu in their kata Hangetsu resp. Seishan.

This seminar is open to all styles interested!

Message for the practitioners of Tibetan meditation & yoga @ KenKon, Integral Life and Training Centre and potential guests for the TY session tomorrow:

Dear all,

Unfortunately there is no Tibetan Yoga class tomorrow, September 6. The traffic from here to Hamburg seems more challenging than I was used to. And I have to teach karate from Friday early evening to Sunday afternoon. Therefor I need to leave before 10 h. I realized this too late and was not able to find a replacement for my me in time. My apologies.

If you had any friends that planned to come – alone or with you – please let them know that there is no session, but that they are welcome next Friday.

I look forward to see you again next week at the meditation or yoga classes. Let’s make it a wonderful year!

Warm regards,

Sydney
